Looking at new mattresses.  No one around to help or answer questions or make a sale  And I wasn't going to chase someone down since I have back problems and it hurts to walk.  Who ever was suppose to be in the dept lost out on a $3700+ sale.  It is no wonder why Sears is closing stores....sales staff not motivated or around to make a sale.   Seems to be staffed by millennial aged folks who just don't really care and expect a pay check for just showing up to work.  Sorry folks, it doesn't work that way.  Find another job if you don't like working at Sears.

Instead, the Mattress Firm got my business where I was greeted with a smile and friendly staff.

Please don't waste your time with calling them they don't answer the phone.  They also don't know what is going on.  Surprised they aren't one of the stores being closed.

Gentleman in mattress area stood behind pole so he did not have to help me. Ed was his name. Ed was on his phone sitting on a bed when I asked for his name. Still did not ask if I needed any help.

As I left the area I was going to ask the young girl standing by the perfumes and she literally jumped on counted and walked to other end of counter. Brianna was her name.

WTH is wrong with people these days.

Sears nears to have a talk with their employees.

Rude and dishonest management at this location. Had a bad experience earlier this year with a dishonest manager. Gave another chance today and dealt with a very rude manager and a nice associate, but will not be back to this location.
