I Very much like this sears. don't listen to other people, it is a very neat store.  the employees are very nice. i hope sears Never leaves. Sears is a great company, some people just don't realize it. i support you sears!

EDIT:  Store Closing

Very interesting layout, as part of SEARS takes up spaces inside the mall itself.  But nonetheless, staff was friendly & gave me a good deal on a few pairs of pants I needed.

This rating is for the auto center, went there at lunch for an oil change and got in and out in 20 minutes! Can't beat that!

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone - all you get is voicemail, with the outgoing message done by a woman with poor phone skills and no idea how to sound professional.  Seriously, I completely understand why Sears is going under.

Very disappointed  (example)Sears will not return or just EXCHANGE an item with a receipt after 30 days I have grandkids I constantly see items for birthday holidays whatever the occasion but going with their policies if I buy shorts now which they are selling NOW if they don't fit in May you can't return them after 30 days So I am out the money I spend at Sears They don't support their customers
