The store charged my account 2 times and the manager was unable to help to resolve the issue. His answer was  to go to the bank and dispute the second amount. Additionally, there was a problem with the delivery of the item. When you purchase a bulky item at the store you would think that you would be considered their customer. Unfortunately the store manager Daniel didn't want to help with the delivery issue or the double charge. I got a run around to call the bank for double charge and call the warehouse for delivery issues. Very poor customer service. I don't recommend this store!!

I always have a good time when I shop at Sears, I just wished they had more assistance when needed. I give it a rating of 8.5. Thanks.

Only at Sears can I be literally the only customer shopping on the whole second floor, then have to wait 15 minutes in a huge line at the only cashier working in the whole store. Store seems dirty and run down, and the escalators are crazy slow. 2 stars instead of one because there happened to be a great selection of cheap clearance clothing, which is why I was willing to stay in line. Wouldn't be surprised if this is the next Sears to close.

Sears has unreasonable, and unprofessional customer service. There is no respect for people who shop there. The managers could use seminars on customer service and reevaluate their return policy, which is ridiculous. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. AT LEAST GIVE US SOME RESPECT.
