This store must be out of business.  I called the tool department several times and they won't pick up the phone and then it just hangs up on me!  So I called the operator several times and the operator won't pick up the phone and the recording asked me if I would leave a message.  No, I don't want to leave a message.  I would strongly suggest going to another store besides Sears! :(

I generally like Sears stores, but this one definitely isn't in its glory days.  The clothing areas don't appear to have people to clean up or re-fold the clothes and the carpets appear to need replacing.  Some of the prices are still a bit high, but if you know what you're looking for you could probably find good deals.

TACKY. The employees have no business in customer service. My friend and I were making a purchase and during her transaction she was using her sears card which called for an ID check. She has cut her hair since then so she looked different from her ID and instead of simply asking first she stares at it then back at my friend and starts laughing then calls one other person over as well as the cashier next to her. They begin laughing and deciding among themselves who was to make the decision to accept her ID. My girlfriend then had to pull out other cards and social media accounts to verify it was her. TACKY AND DISGUSTING way to handle that. The tall African American female cashier who I believe was "in charge" doesn't engage or even make eye contact with customers, robot service." WEAK CUSTOMER SERVICE!
