Received a gift  for baby shower, baby too big for the clothes. Store would not accept return or exchange for unused item with tag and receipt . Karen the store manager gave me a bogus number to call .  Called corporate to resolve issue and they said they would not do anything . Do not shop at sears. I can't wait till their company goes out of business.

made a appointment online for 10am today got thier early at 9:51am  10:51am came around car still sitting outside not even in the building.  bad service you want to waste your time go this location

I have been a customer of Sears for 20 years and I am sad to say that I will not be purchasing another product from Sears.  I purchased a dishwasher 3 weeks ago.  The store experience was great.  It was the experience with the installation department that was a nightmare.  ADT I, the installation company, gave us 3 installation dates and each time, they didn't show up.  I took time off work to accommodate THEIR schedule, all to not show up in the end.  Each time I called Sears costumer service, they either gave me the run around, or hung up on me.  It was extremely frustrating, only making matters worse when they didn't take the time to correct their mistakes.  They gave me several excuses as to why they didn't show up to install the dishwasher, ranging from "they don't serve our area (we live in Riverside Co. and we bought from the store in Mo Val)" to "they didn't have our correct address and the address that was on the invoice was the warehouse address in Mira Loma".  Very disappointing.  Sears is not what it once was.

Big sale today.  Not alot of cashiers available. At checkout clothing item marked 50% off was ringing up full price.
