I'm not sure how to feel about this store. On one hand i can usually get pretty good deals on tools for my husband, on the other its like walking into a ghost town when you go in. Hard to find help and when you do it's hit or miss on weather they can help you.

Staff is incredibly rude. You should be a little nicer for a store that barely see any customers.

1 sales associate for hardware and patio furniture section. Waited 25+ minutes to have a question answered

Ordered appliances for our complete kitchen remodel in March of 2016 - Delivery scheduled for August 3rd. On August 1st I get an automated call asking me to call regarding a delay with my order. I am told that my dishwasher will not be available until August 5th so we reschedule delivery for that one item to August 5th. On August 2nd I get another automated call asking me to call regading a delay with my order. I am told that my dishwasher will not be available until August 6th - they reschedule for delivery on August 6th. --I am tired of automated calls. --I am tired of returning calls and waiting to speak to someone --I am tired of having someone who speaks very poor english answer the call --I am tired of trying to reach the local store and being given the runaround by the computerized operator --Sears should give me a better dishwasher for the hassle. Your poor customer service is inexcusable. If you go out of business I won't mourn your loss. Edit 12/1/2016: I had thought that I had a reasonable agreement with a representative from the store, but he has bailed on me and failed to keep his word regarding the solution. Moral of the story is this Don't Shop At Sears - if I had it all to do over again I would have dealt with someone local that cares about their reputation.

I do not know how they do it but sears always finds a way to disappoint me no matter why i am in the store.
