We ordered an appliance, the girl who took the order ordered the wrong color.
   The wrong colored appliance was delivered. The delivery men were told it wss the wrong color. They loaded it back on the truck and said it would be a week before they would be delivering the correct color.
   One week later, same dang wrong color appliance delivered.
   Called to talk to them again and they did the store manager was busy but she would call us back.
   Store closed before the manager could call us back. She only had 6 hours.

I will never shop Sears again! Bought a fridge on the June 15th and was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd of June at 10am. At 11 I called to see where my delivery was and couldn't reach anyone so I went to the store. After 1/2 hour waiting for a sales associate in the appliance dept, someone finally approached me. I gave her my information and she checked my order. She said my order had been cancelled for some reason. I needed a fridge that day because I was moving and had to clear out the fridge at my old place. Now I had no place to put my food. She said she could reorder one and I would get it on the 29th! That wasn't going to work, needed it that day!! I said I wanted a manager and  I waited for another 1/2 hour. To make a long story a little shorter, the mgr got me a delivery for the next day, then the wrong one was delivered!! Unbelievable! I'll spare you the unpleasant details of what came next but all I know is I will never buy from Sears again!!

If you go shopping during the weekend, you get the representatives that are lazy. If you enter through the Lawn Mowers side. I purchased a lawn Mower and it was back ordered for three weeks. But we were told to check every weekend. Clearly they can't call us. 

Every weekend we went to check the status. At the counter, a lady was there at the Lawn section along with machinery section. The item was purchased using my phone number for points. She did not know how to check the status of the order. But she kept on apologizing, but telling me that she is worked at Sears for over 5 -years but then how come she can't check the status of the order. 

Second week we went to Sears, the same lady again can't help. She cannot help at all. She says that she doesn't know what to do or help. Then my husband got annoyed and said "Don't worry we will figure it out". Then during our third visit, we find out the Lawn mower came four days ago, but Sears never called. This store is a disgrace for all Sears combined. What a difference between the rest of the Sears. You would think they give more attention to customer service comparing to the competitors they have every street corner.
