Not enough staff in one area and too many in another. Shelves in hardware are poorly stocked. Sears has definitely seen better days.

So I am a Sears fan, my whole life.  So glad we have one here: Quality appliances and great service from knowledgeable staff.  I usually get some clothes and shoes too, the price is competitive.  It is a tough world today for brick & mortar department stores. Recommending Sears!

I only gave them 1 star because I cant give ZERO STARS. The worst customer service ever. Said they wouldn't charge my card until the online order was processed and the item was in stock. They charged me anyway (over $250) and i was told it would be 10 to 14 days until i was refunded. The manager was unavailable. No wonder they are going out of business.
I will never entertain doing ANY business with them.
