We ordered a top of the line washer and dryer and the salesperson did a great job. The prop Len was the absolute worthless clueless delivery service. I took off work for delivery. They were supposed to deliver on Friday between 11:30-1:30. They called after noon to say their truck broke down and they couldn't deliver. They then said they would deliver before 11:00 on Saturday . The delivery service called me at 6:45 Saturday am to tell me they would be here between 1:30-3:30 for delivery. When I explained to the drivers this was not the agreed upon time, they told me then they would need to cancel. I then called the company and spoke to a manager and she told me that I could either cancel taking my family to the state fair or cancel the order. I can see why sears is failing!

We were there to buy a vacuum cleaner and there was only one person in that department. He said he was the only one that could ring us up. I asked him if he works on commission and he said yes. I said that explains why you said only you can ring us up. I took the vacuum to another area and another cashier rung us up!

I purchased a compact freezer/refrigerator from sears only 16 months ago and it already died. It was their kenmore brand thinking they would stand behind their products when purchased. I was wrong, i called to see if they would replace, obviously that was a no i was about 15 months too late. I asked if they would at least give me a discount towards a new one if i purchased from them. Again the answer was no. It is no wonder why sears is failing miserably. Poor product quality and poor customer service. Wont ever be back. Places like costco accept anything back for any reason!

Today there were employees everywhere wanting to help very friendly and courteous I hope that they will still have that great service come the Christmas season

If it's customer service you need, do not bother going here. Today my husband went in to exchange a screw driver that they finally have in stock. It took 10 min to actually find an employee, and then that employee took off to "go find someone who works in that department" 10 min later he finds them all chatting it up in the clothing department. So after 20 min he finally said screw it and left. No wonder sears is going down the drain, customer service is non-existent, and the employees are nearly worthless.
