Long wait for one worker at register. She called three times for help for coupon code for customer ahead of me. I tried to return top 35 days after purchase. CANNOT return merchandise after 30 days. I was not offered exchange for
 something similar. I was not happy when I left. Will not return to Sears for a very long time.

I always buy my appliances and tools through Sears because they have better pricing and better quality. Today Andrew Ball helped us buy our new refrigerator and went beyond the normal expectations to help us understand our best options and answered all of our questions. Sears rocks!!

Every time I go in that store I just shutter, I know they're having issues but they cut the wrong areas like customer service it is so frustrating I can't even go in there and buy anything every time I go up to the register there's something wrong I wait at least 20 minutes to purchase anything it is absolutely absurd! If they really want to cut costs and stay in business they should amp up their customer service without cashiers that have attitudes or hate their job and lower their prices!
