How does this place stay open?  Sad. This was the place to shop 40 years ago. Craftsman! Levi jeans! RCA tv!   How does one grade a place that's struggling to exist. I give 3 stars for nostalgia sake.

Worst Sears store I have ever been to. They never answer the phones, they cancel home deliveries and cancel entire orders without even a phone call saying don't bother waiting all afternoon for a bed that's Not coming...then the icing on the cake...They Charge you and keep sending you bills for something you Never Recieved! You go through the dispute area without result just to find out you need to talk with the general manager of a store that CAN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE....management  is doing a poor job...just saying. They for sure lost any future business from this family!

Clothing selection is limited and return policy is strict 30 days even with receipt.  Not impressed with managements demener.

Went in looking to buy a bed and new adjustable bed base. No workers to be found anywhere except the register joking around. All the beds were unplugged  and the remotes missing. On my way to the next closest store  that is roughly 40 minutes away in current traffic hopefully I have better luck there
