The woman who works in appliances is wonderful. Sears as a business just needs to close. I am done with Sears. I have given them multiple chances. But after what happened today was the end. I purchased a washer it was scheduled for delivery today. There was an accident on my street. I am the second house from the corner they pulled on the side street next to my house and did not attempt to deliver a washing machine. They called the dispatcher and told them there were police outside of my house. The dispatcher called me. I was at work and asked about the police activity My wife was home and waiting for them. She saw the enterprise rental truck but didn't think it was Sears. They did not attempt to deliver and left. I called the dispatcher back and he said they are gone for the day. I was the last stop. They can reschedule for Wednesday. I thought 5 days was long for a delivery since it was an item in stock. I have to replace the washing machine since it has been recalled. In attempted to call the Sears store where I bought it. The first call rang and rang and then I was disconnected. The next call no answer. I went thru the voice prompts and asked for customer service I get a voice mail. Leave a message and no call back. They contract out the delivery. These guys wanted to bill Sears again for delivery at my expense. My wife saw the driver eating for a while she was outside looking at the accident. When I bought this washer that is being replaced Sears screwed up this delivery as well. I paid for haul away and installation was free. They didn't have it on their work order to install And haul away even though it was on the receipt so they dropped off the washing machine out back of my house and didn't remove the old one. Last summer I purchased outdoor furniture. They delivered it in my back yard from the side street which they were on today and claimed they could not deliver. By the way. My laundry room is right at the back door. Also last summer I went in and purchased a new grill. Free assembly was offered so I accepted and waited 4-5 days when they told me to pick it up. When I went to pick it up. They were bringing me the grill in the box not assembled. Had to return again to pick it up This was the absolute last time I am going to Sears. It was a really good store at one time. But when u walk in and it seems at though you are walking into a church service. No customers and it is very quiet. Barely any employees are around. Please do America a favor and close this chain before the end of the year. Nobody should go though all of this drama every time while they are trying to support a store that has been around for a long time.

The worst cashiers ever and long long lines all the time. Only one cashier throughout the stores of 2 floors all the time. Ridiculous service. They'll be closing soon. No supervisor on floor.

I have been a long time advocate for Sears. They have done well by me many times. But after today and dealing with a disgruntled Associate trying to return some clothing that was the wrong size I was told I'm not able to return or exchange them even though I have the receipt. I don't believe I'll be giving Concord Sears any more of my business after this!

Went with my wife to buy her some summer shorts. Many register's were closed with sorry signs. register in center of store had about 20 customers in it so I found one open in women's with one customer. She wouldn't wait on me , sent me back to the long line ( sent away another customer too ) I went upstairs and got rung up in appliances. The manager on duty heard me and didn't appear very concerned. This store was never this bad before. Must be on the way to closing. Customer service should always be number 1 priority. Next time I will stick to Boscovs, they know how to do customer service well. Neil Lentz.
