These are the hardest working, happiest, and most productive restaurant workers by whom you have ever been served. You will see a manner of teamwork and comradery exhibited by these folks which extends beyond the restaurant and out into our local community.
The Sears Landing family is an important part of the larger Topsail neighborhood. Numbering over 50 members each year, we participate in various charitable events supporting worthy causes that benefit others. We appreciate the opportunity to give back to our community, because we are thankful to be so fortunate ourselves, “....to whom much is given, much shall be expected....” Luke 12:48
You will probably recognize the faces of many of our long time employees as you return year after year.... with good reason. At Sears Landing, everyone is treated with respect and appreciation, and being happy, turnover is minimal. Our former co-workers stay in touch and remain our friends as they continue to be good citizens wherever they go. Some have settled here, are having children, and continue to give back to our community.
