I have been purchasing my eyeglasses from this Saginaw Store for 20 years.  I have never had problems with my glasses I have purchased until I chose this last pair.  They are Sophia Loren and they are horrible.  The frames are to tight on my face and push into the sides causing me headaches.  The very large and BARE FOOT woman that brought me my glasses (when I picked them up) was so winded just walking over to me that she didn't even ask if I liked them.  Now the lenses have chips in them in the front at the top.  I also have several scratches in the lens (I only use a soft cloth and water to clean) and paid extra for all the protection.   I am including a picture in hopes that you can see the two chips at the top right corner of the lens.  They are only 2 years old.  I never returned them for the fit issue because I liked the way they looked and my choices, because of the thickness of the lenses, were not good.  I just feel the quality has really gone down.  I had glasses in the past last 5 or 6 years with no problem.   This has been a horrible experience since the day I picked them up.
