My wife and I were helped by Andy and Bruce, let me tell you, they were AMAZING. Both of these men walked around the whole store with us, checking sizes, checking inventory, explaining the differences between appliance. You we got state of the art stuff and saved thousands of dollars, I'm not exaggerating. We had a very specific idea of what we wanted: stainless steel fridge with filtered water on the inside, stainless built-in double stacked oven, and stainless dishwasher all with 3 year protection plans and deliver for just over 3k. Not bad at all. List prices were more than double. Andy and Bruce bent over backwards to make our experience spectacular. Not only will we go back to this location for any other appliance, I will tell all my friends and family to do the same. Thank you Andy and Bruce. You were incredibly helpful and we cannot say enough good things about you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We had a great experience here, people were nice prices were extremely reasonable. I think it's important to remember that you're at a discount Scratch and Dent store! Expecting a gold threshold and a red carpet is unreasonable!    I bought a $1,200 dishwasher for $400! I'm very pleased, the place is filthy, but it's a scratch and dent store and in that regard it met our needs excellently!

Ordered a fridge on the 14th of January. Paid for delivery on the 19th of January. Had proof on receipt. Took off of work to be at the house for delivery. Never received a call to set up a delivery time and never showed up. Called the store, nobody picked up the first 7 times I called. After I finally got a hold of someone, the rep said my name was never on the delivery list and the driver was finished for the day.
Cancelled my order from my Sears card. Will never even give Sears another chance. No wonder Sears stores are dropping like flies.

Fast and quick service... good staff! :) overall happy with the visit... plus great prices! Before u buy from anywhere check out these. Appliances and great prices!!

After reading all the negative reviews on delivery issues my wife and I still decided to purchase a couple items from this store and I guess that was our fault. Delivery was originally scheduled for Wednesday but I had them change the delivery to the Saturday prior (today) and Andy (store manager) said it wouldn't be a problem. I call this morning since I didn't get a call telling me what time they would deliver and Rob (supposedly another manager) says they went over their mileage (whatever that means) and now it won't be delivered till next Friday since they changed us to Saturday and now our Wednesday slot was now taken. I ask for the name of their district manager and "he doesn't know". Are you serious????  I took off work, emptied the refrigerator and moved things around to prepare for the delivery.  And what Rob offered was splitting the $80 delivery charge?  I'll make sure that everyone knows about this horrible service. Don't take a chance. Go elsewhere. This is ridiculous.
