Excellent donuts and Thai ice tea!  Great atmosphere. And great prices.  I love this place.

A UCI fan favorite, as well a great stop while on the boardwalk. Open 24hrs, 7 days a week, including holidays. Parking is either metered, or free at night in the lot, just make sure to read all the signs to avoid being ticketed/towed.

This place is best known for their donut holes, which come out at 3pm and 3am daily. Can't beat the 99cents for a baker's dozen. Be prepared to wait in a 10-15 minute line. Good selection of various other baked goods, thai iced tea, coffee, and spiced chai.

They also have a great croissant selection. I suggest either the Ham & Cheese for a savory choice, or the Chocolate for the sweet tooth, both warmed up.

The ham and cheese croissant is absolutely the best! They are very cheap here, open 24 hours and have great donut holes. This is a must try place in Newport Beach

The donuts here are nothing special. Small selection. They do have some savory blueberry donuts. Great place to sober up on a night out. Open 24 hours is a plus.
