This place is the reason a single payer health system will never work. We had to go here while our addopted son was in fostercare(has to use medical in foster). Unfortunately we had to go to this place nearly monthly because it is the only child psychiatrist in the area. Our son has ADHD and his prescriptions require hardcopies. Dr. Fernandez is fine, but this place is quite the experience. Children run around without shoes while their parents ignore them. Appointments are nearly always messed up. Every phone call I have ever made to this place seems to end with some issue. I've learned it is best to always ask the name of who you spoke with when booking appointments and dealing with them over the phone because if you don't they wont actually follow through. Long story short, this place is a circus.

I called to customer service for my child sickness because my child had cough and headache at 1:40 and he told me please bring him urgently . I arrived to clinic at 2:10 pm and front disk customer service told me have a set then I was waiting one hour after one hour I told them should I Waite more than a houre they told me yes because you have no appoint for your child .Latet on nurse came and call my kid,s name at 3:3:36 .I was waiting more than one and half hour.

*there is a bad part!* When I moved out here and found out I was pregnant I started going here, Dr. Kennedy has been my Dr since. Other than the wait sometimes (which is at every Dr's office) I never had a bad experience. Until now!!!! My daughter was born in July and everything was going fine until they rescheduled her 4 month check-up & shots. It was in Nov changed to Dec ,okay that's fine no biggy. Then they changed it to Feb 23, my daughter would be over 7 months old at this point! I went in to ask about it, they told me I could come early in the morning and do a walk-in. I was pissed to say the least. We have 1 car so I had to wake up extra early to take my bf to work then to drive back to sit in a waiting room for hrs to maybe get seen. All the while completely messing up my daughters morning routine. Granted I did get seen and only in a couple of hrs but this is inexcusable! They should of called and made sure my daughter got seen for her shots, not getting those shots put her well being in danger! I don't care if she got seen by another Dr if that's what needed to be done. I felt like they did not care about my 4 month old baby, and that is not something you want a mother to feel!!!!

I have atrial fibrillation and need monthly monitoring. Never got it.Had a pain in my rib area, Dr. J. Said "I don't know " "what do you think it is? My wife is diabetic and is still waiting for her dr to get it together and order her meds after months, still no meds. C'mon, this is probably the worst medical facility i have ever experienced. Avoid it if at all possible

This is the worst clinic ever , an organized. You guess aways cancel my appointments , and you change them with out even letting me know.
