This season's and shells manager is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. The whole staff needs a rude awakeing in customer service I am a very loyal customer to shell and season's i work right next door to a season and she'll and spend hundreds of dollars in the season's every month plus about 500 dollars in gas a month. After dealing with one of the managers and associates and not getting a call back from the district manager I'll probably take all my business to another company. I believe the associate I worked with was Jessica and the managers name is Steven he is horrible.
