This new children's hospital in federal way is my favorite new addition to the area. It's easy to get to, their hours are reasonable and the staff is super friendly. I had to bring my daughter to the urgent care and they were amazing! I wasn't there for anything to serious but I couldn't be happier with this place. It's already bad enough you have to go to these places from time to time but I have never been treated so well before. And there were about 4 families ahead of us in the waiting room not sure how many already taken back and waiting and we were there from check in to check out within an hour. I would definitely recommend this place if you need an urgent care type of situation that doesn't really need a hospital though. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience!

It's obvious that these people enjoy their job's and patient's. Polite, caring, knowledgeable and giving. I could say more but I don't think I need to. Great people, doing a great job!

I was very impressed with Seattle Children's Urgent Care South. The experience was enjoyable from start to finish, considering the circumstances. The front desk staff were expedient in getting me checked in. I was taken right back within five minutes. The staff were experienced and well-trained. The physician was very kind and caring. He took his time and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would HIGHLY recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for a clinic in the area.

We were in the area on vacation over Labor Day weekend and after my daughter fell and hurt her hand, favoring it for a while, I called to see if they were able to take xrays. The person who answered was very friendly, helpful and told us to come on in. Upon arrival we were greeted and helped right away. The lady who checked us in was very nice, allowed my daughter to help do some of the tasks, talked with her etc. With my daughter going in feeling a little unsure of what was to happen, this woman definitely helped make her more comfortable. We had a short wait and were called back. The nurse, the doctor and the xray tech were all awesome! When the pharmacy accidentally sent the liquid Ibuprofen up instead of the chewables and my daughter squinched her nose about it, the nurse was quick to offer a solution with an otter pop! My daughter loved it and was then willing to take the liquid. Overall a great experience! Would recommend them to anyone!

I love the fact that we can get Seattle Children's care at a much closer location.
