I have to call the police in this area 1-2 times a week because the same group of homeless people keep cycling through my building,  deficating, leaving dirty needles, and trashing different areas. I call the police,  it takes them more than an hour to show up when I  say they've broken into an apartment and are in there right now. Then if they do catch them in the act,  they walk them outside and let them go.  The problem persists,  and they don't care.  I ask what took so long,  they say they had more important things.  They break into the laundry room,  break into vehicles,  damage a drier to get the coin box,  police have 0 interest in investigating.  These are real problems that that impact everybody and they persist because the police in the area have no interest in dealing with the problem productively.

Was trying to have a police officer come down to the gas station to review footage of someone else ho stole my card and used it at the gas station, but as I was explaining what happened they told me to call 9-1-1. My issue happened on Friday but I was trying to get an officer to come down to the gas station today where my card was used. No help at all!!!

These guys helped me find my iPhone and put someone in jail all within a timely and professional manner. At the moment in which it happened, my phone was at 1% battery life and if they took any longer, I would not have been able to recover my phone with zero battery life.

The people (a guy and a girl) I spoke to over the phone seemed very impatient and with an attitude and eager to hang up the phone. I don't know if something bad really happened and they're taking care of thing with attitude like this, how many tragedies would happen? Very disappointed.
