Every time I call the employees are rude and never can answer a question.  They will transfer you to the law library and Laurie can never tell you the correct steps to follow.  She tells you, "she doesn't know". They never want to work with you,they just want to get off the phone as quickly as possible. They need people in there that want to genuinely help people,that aren't annoyed with answering questions and that know basic steps to file basic paperwork.  They represent our community and it's a very bad representation.

I just love that we can get most of the forms and packets on line now. Please teach all the Counties in Nevada how this is done as soon as possible. Thanks !!! its so convenient with electronic filing :)  !

Have had to call on some cases.
Not the nicest people to deal with...at all...
