Arrived at 11 a.m. on a Wednesday and was in and out within an hour.  Helpful, friendly people.  Great service received.  The experience was a pleasant surprise.  Would recommend this location.

I got to this place at 9:00 sharp. Grabbed my ticket which was #15. The number was at #89 at the time, so there were already 26 people ahead of me.  Waited 1 1/2 hours and was only at #94. I started work at 11 so I left. 4 hours later, during my lunch break I returned and the number was at only at #5!!!! Only 10 people were called up in 4 hours!!!! This place is ridiculous! The slowest sceretary of state I have ever been to. 0 stars if I could.

The service is terrible and they never have enough people when it's packed. It's like they are understaffed. Not great.
