I renewed my license plate tags today with the fast track kiosk inside the main door and it only took me like 2 minutes. Awesome experience, so glad that the doors were open for the kiosk instead of having to wait for the actual Branch office to open at 9am. Thank you Secretary of State for making this a fast and painless experience! Have a great day all!

I went to this location this past weekend to use the 24/7 kiosk of which they're so proud. It had a big "out of order" sign taped to its screen. I went here a few months ago to update my license and car registration. The staff were having too much fun talking to each other and screwed things up. I asked for a regular license and recreation passport on the registration. Instead they gave me the enhanced license (which I don't need because I have a US passport) and no recreation passport. I didn't notice until I tried to access a park that required the RP. I hope I can get them to fix it retroactively. In short, this place just missed inclusion in Dante's Inferno.

This was my first time here but I thought it was a very good experience for an SOS office. The wait was only an hour, which was shorter than Ann Arbor, Canton, or Livonia, and the 3 different staff members I interacted with were all very polite and helpful -- even when I kind of stormed in a frustrated mess because I had joined the online line for the Ann Arbor office and then after 2.5 hours went to the wrong location without realizing it. I went on a Thursday just after 3pm, maybe that's a good time to go!

This Secretary of State is horrible avoid it at all cost ! We went in in our number was 32 And they were seeing number 80 at the time. If that isn't bad enough you have ghetto trash blaring their crappy music outside in talking smack to everybody

I went in to have a car registration transferred and even though the tags were expired in a week they told me I had to come back in two weeks to do the tags. So I did and the woman snapped at me the entire time and was so rude! If you don't want a job helping people why work for secretary of state? I love customer service I would love that kind of a job but why do they have people work there who hate what they do?
