This place is TRASH! I will never, ever go back there for anything! The staff is very unpleasant, the expression on each of their faces give off that I hate my job vibe. I work with the public myself and yes people can get on your nerves but you have to keep a smile on your face and at least pretend to be pleasant. They kept giving my wife the run around for a simple transaction. Saying she didn't have proper paperwork when in fact she used the same documents at another location and they accepted them and took care of us. The wait timethere is HOURS and HOURS as they cater to return passes and Spanish speaking citizens no matter how early you get there. If you can avoid this place I would recommend going somewhere else. If I could have given this place and the staff a negative rating I surely would.

Terrible waiting line. The whole set up is ridiculous. You have to wait in line for hours before getting even a question answered. The only time to get quick service is 20 mins before they open. Go early! Good luck!!!!

Arrived at 4.50pm They were on H50, I pulled I 34. It is now 7.10pm and I’m still waiting in line #1. There are 2 additional lines; tag renewal and testing. The problem is the security guard is allowing people to stand in the additional 2 lines regardless of their ticket number. I’ve seen people come right in the door and jump in line. What’s the purpose of pulling a ticket if u get to line jump? This system is not efficient and something needs to be done. The government should be ashamed.

The best dmv I have ever been....specifically need to mention about staff who was awesome as she knew how to handle the things...She is the assistant manager and she is the best.She took care of all my documentation and helped me secure my driving license

Good staff and facilities. Take the token when you enter the office and wait for your turn. They have automatic number plate renewal machines, new and renewal of the driving license can be done.
