DO NOT USE THE TEXT INTO LINE FEATURE 
I waited over an hour and a half then upon prompted to go to the corresponding window, i was told that since no one had been working that window my spot in line was voided. I had to re join the line and wait another 2 HOURS! 
Terrible service from representative. It was almost like she enjoyed making me have to wait again. I simply needed a 20 question test to obtain my chauffeur license for a new job could've handed me the paperwork and moved onto the next person.

In and Out in 20 minutes.

I went in to renew my drivers license (which had to be at an office).  

Signed in with my cell #, which gave me a wait time of 61 minutes. Then waited in line to verify my docs for 15 minutes.  The guy whipped through my eye test, picture, and plate renewal in 2 minutes.  

Done. No fuss. No muss.

Staff was great!  In and out in about 20 minutes!  Best experience ever at a SOS office.

Long wait but what do you expect... it's the DMV.... staff were helpful and i got my license and plates done at the same time. I was pleased with how things went. :)

No option to give no stars. Would not help me even though I had the correct documents.
