It's a good place to storage

I put in an online request at 7 AM Friday and now the price of unit I was inquiring about is not listed and no contact has been made. Very poor service I was ready with my card without seeing the unit when it redirected me to fill a form for this place to contact me.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Really took my needs into consideration and took the time to go over everything with me. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage to anyone needing a storage unit. Great location,  great units, great prices, clean, safe and open 365 days a year. Can't beat that!

After 15 years loyalty as an Extra Space Storage  customer, today we cleaned out my mothers unit. Erick Mejia was so helpful in helping us locate the unit, showing how to use the lift elevator (since we were in a second floor unit).We're sad to go with such helpful customer service. We would recommend this storage to friends and family alike. Clean and secure!
