In response to your comment on my last review, you are very wrong. Not sure who you are referring to about “another name” but its probably just an excuse for you to try to delete negative comments from your ratings so others don’t know how unprofessional your business is. You stole my father’s belongings from his unit & auctioned them & are now trying to cover up your mistakes by accusing him of emptying it himself. You were very foolish to think you could get away with that. This review was for YOUR location at 1020 bear road in new castle DE - JODI & KEN. You will be seeing us in court. If google takes my review down, trust me, i will come back every day & submit a new one. Have a nice day.

*TERRIBLE*Do yourself a  big favor and stay away! Any other storage unit  would be better! Worst customer service! Jodi will take your money with a smile and after lease contract is signed will be extremely rude and unprofessional. I rented a unit for 7 months and paid promptly each month.  I made a  simple request on my move out day and Jodi's response was "that they were done with me" and to "get out or she would put the gate down to attempt to damage my vehicle". I am a professional person who works in customer service and the blatant disregard that this business has for it's customers is appalling.  Businesses that operate with no respect for customers do not deserve your money.

Since the company has removed their Facebook page due to my review,  I will share my review here. Please be very careful dealing with this company. I truly have never dealt with such con artists & liars before.  Scum is a more deserving word to use. As you can see, they come back hard on any and all negative reviews on all online reviews sites and that ties right into the root of this company’s problem.  Zero professionalism.  When an entity has no professional foundation, they will lie cheat and steal. This company does it all. Then when they are caught and confronted, they try to then blame the victim & attack that person’s character. They produce False and Fraudulent records and they obstruct justice by bold face lying to law enforcement. Their rates may be low but I warn you not to use them; pay a higher rate for an honest business relationship with another company. If you do deal with them, record all conversations with them because they WILL do whatever it takes to protect their wrong doings, they lie about everything....they also will search you on Facebook, do a reverse phone look up to find out your address and then reach out to mutual friends on Facebook to try to get intel on you once you challenge them.  The victim in this is my ex & my children’s father. I spoke with a Jody Chubbs and then I find out she is doing weird stuff to find out my info & boarder line stalking me now. I wrote an email to their corporate office, I don’t have high hopes on a resolution from them or even a response, so we will be taking them to small claims court. This place should be shut down. I will be contacting BBB & AGs office as well.
