The tellers are wonderful. Overall a pleasant neighborhood bank experience. One criticism is the old feel of the lobby. It's in need of remodeling.

I have been with Security Bank for  over 8 years. Suddenly and without notice they removed my overdraft protection claiming it was becouse I got a "payday loan." I was never informed this to be against their policy. They also keep closing branches, raising fees, and every branch maneger I have delt with is rude.

I love this bank. Everyone is helpful   and sweet. Helen at Arrowhead is the BEST.  I have banked with them for 30 years.
