Unprofessional, rude,unconcern place on hold multiple times greater than 10mun each time them area comes to ask more question then back hol, then Mario pickups and proceeds to TELL  me that don't have enough staff and they have to take phone calls and the phones keep ringing... I still trying to see what do that have to do with  me , I didn't make your schedule, and I don't hire for your company,  so as an potential  customer why is he telling  me this ? I did the app. @10amOver phone, Andrea said I was approved, but she kept putting on hold and I do have a job so I ask her to call me back  instead keep placing on hold ( for a business very rude) she said  ok, 3pm heard from noone, call back to find out about  the approval and she place me back on hold# there's a loan company  in Conyers  that's great. Try them first save time and get you  money that day no wait
