Horrible bank! My account information is constantly being stolen and when this happens the bank does not refund me my money and I personally have to call all the locations to have them refund me my money. Don't trust this bank or it's affiliates.

By far the worst bank I have ever used. Everytime I turn around this bank is charging me hundreds of dollars due to their mistakes, and then refuse to refund me anything. Out of four bank accounts I have, security first is the only account I have problems with, and I only use that account for emergencies, maybe 3 or 4 times a year. DO NOT bank here. Poor customer service, flawed policies, and all around rip off. Stick to national chains.
