This is the best storage facility I have ever rented from! 

I use to rent space at Public Storage in Richmond and my unit was robbed. It was horrible, and the management didn't call me for days and they didn't even call the police!

Security Public Storage in Walnut Creek has been the BEST decision I made. They have an amazing management team, fantastic security, (If they see something off they get up and check it out right away.) and a clean location with a selection of storage spaces for your needs.

The customer service is so friendly and professional and that's super important to me and my husband. This is the best choice for your money.

Security Public Storage has been super helpful during my transition from city life to being a temporary traveler. Auto payments have been really great while I'm abroad, it's easy to get in touch with them via email, and the storage space is safe and in a great location. They had several rooms available when I came with my moving truck which I was relieved about as I wasn't sure my stuff would fit into the small space I had purchased. Luckily it did and I'm very thankful the staff was so kind and helpful!

This storage facility feels very safe.  It is extremely clean and the customer service is top-notch.  The front office has a small town, family owned vibe.  Ask about specials, too, when renting.

Security Storage in Walnut Creek (n. Main Street) has been my best (by far) storage experience ever! I have had things in storage of and on for fifteen years in two different cities, and they are the outstanding.. The staff is very friendly, responsive and helpful. They have gone out of their way when I had trouble remembering my code, etc. The property is clean and comfortable if you have to spend time inside your space or in hallways, sorting or rearranging things. I did twice on very hot days and it was cool inside. I really have peace of mind leaving my stuff in their care.

I have been very pleased with this storage unit. The managers are extremely helpful and very nice. They helped me get exactly the size and location that worked for me. The place is always very clean, and have plenty of carts available. I highly recommend this storage unit.
