Clean, clean, clean...I'll say it again...CLEAN!! Does not smell, look dirty or appear unattended in any way. Bathroom is always well stocked and clean as well. Move in bonus was awesome...saved a bunch. Can't go wrong here...even the views are incredible.

Great service by their great office manager, Evelyn.  Easy drop-off and many dollies available to bring your items to & from storage.  Very clean & temperature controlled building.  Great value too! Tell them I sent you!

The Hyde location is pretty well kept and run in an organized manner. Evelyn is always very helpful and friendly when we have questions. Having a storage unit has definitely made our lives a bit easier. I recommend going to this location if you live near San Francisco.

Everything you would expect from an excellent self storage facility: security, cleanliness, safe accessibility, and professional attentive staff. I appreciate that John and/or Evelyn are ever present and helpful in answering any questions about the facility. Despite the recent wet weather, neither the facility nor unit feel clammy. All of the hallways are well lit and monitored, spacious, and there are always carts available to transport items from the conveniently-located parking spaces to the (two) large elevators. Also, there is sufficient room to maneuver a loaded cart through the doorways and hallways. Use of SPS continues to be a very positive experience.

I've had my storage for over 2 years.  I"m very happy with the security and cleanliness of the storage facility.   Evelyn the manager has always been very helpful and always friendly.  Only thing is I wish sometimes it would be open a little later.
