These guys are easily the best people I've ever banked with. Credit cards have pretty decent rewards options, and they are very fair and straight forward with their loans. The best thing they have going for them though is customer service. It totally rocks. I had some complications from Venmo that lead to an overdraw on my account and a subsequent fee but they were more than happy to reverse that when they heard my situation and have been very easy to work with for as long as I've been baking with them (about 2 and a half years). Excellent is every regard.

They have always been helpful when I go in to pay or withdraw money. Today I had a different issue: creating an official transfer for my Roth IRA account. I called to set up the paperwork in advance so I wouldn't have to wait when I arrive at the branch. Although I was on hold for a while, once I connected, they set me up and got the paperwork done just fine. I do a lot of my banking online, so simple transfers or regular payments are done online (which is easy and the ideal way to do simple payments like that anyway). In this case, I needed to go in person, but it worked out very well, as they were helpful and the paperwork was complete and done in advance by their helpful staff.

I have banked with security Service in Orem for years.  I find the service is always helpful, friendly and on point with every transaction.  I have always been greeted with a smile and prompt attention to my needs.  Thank you!!

I walked in there expecting no results from past experiences. I asked for any way to get credit recently turning 18 and moving on my own in a new state. Ayshia sat down with me and we looked over my rent receipts and my work pay stubs and we applied for a few different things and finally got approved for some small balances. No where else put that much effort into helping me. I now can start building my credit with affordable payments. They're the best there and always so helpful go answer questions that I have. Its the only place I'll go now.

They all are pretty bad especially Aisha she is not helpful can't take a simply request. I stopped going there but I did recently go back to talk to the manager and he was very understanding he is great to work with.
