I had previously left SEDA Dental in Little Havana a good review, but after going there for a second time, my opinion has changed. They will get you in the door with a $69 cleaning and x-ray campaign but upon my second visit charged me $285 for the same service even though I never got to take advantage of the x-rays from last time (I had brought recent x-rays from a previous dentist). The dentist also recommended I get $4,000 in Invisalign on my very straight teeth. Make sure to ask the price BEFORE you get any service done. They had me fooled into thinking they were an honest practice but charged an $80 extra fee just for the dentist to look at the measly 4 x-rays. The office manager is a scammy hustler. It's a shame because the cleaning was great and I would've been a repeat patient otherwise. Also, I paid out of pocket. Avoid this place if possible.

If the resident that sleeps on the stoop of the front door  of the 8th street office doesn't stop you, the fact that there are no hours of operation posted on the front door will. Should you make it in the office be aware that the manager of the office who sometimes man's the front desk, is terrible when it comes to customer service. As a matter of Fact,  this manager lacks customer service skills completely. It's sad to say that the business for the dentist is being ruined by the lack of customer care at the front desk. Don't bother asking this manager any questions. My billing questions went unanswered and my insurance company is still requesting records to this day, for treatments I paid out of pocket that were not properly submitted by this office  with the insurance company. I was treated very poorly. What kind of services that you pay for would you expect to be treated so poorly? let alone dental services. I recommend that you get another dental referral because chances are you won't like the service from this office.
