This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, I was paying insurance on a storage locker and when it was burglarized...they couldn't cover the jewelry, money or other "personal' things because it isn't something they cover! Why was I paying for this coverage then?? Bunch of BS! So basically, am I not only screwed out of my belonging the insurance company screwed me over also! I would never recommend this company to anyone for anything!

Currently I am on maternity leave with my first baby, so at a time in my life when i am going through so many emotions and bonding with my son... this company has made figuring out my leave awful!! They are the WORST to deal with,  change my date back to work on multiple occasions. Every person you talk to says something different, they send out inaccurate letters with wrong dates. Today someone called me to verify everything was correct and in our 5 min conversation told me she actually wasnt sure now of the date and needed to talk to her supervisor....What!!!! Very dumb people, unknowledgeable, unprofessional and i shouldnt have to do there job for them when IM ON MY MATERNITY LEAVE!!! Give me the correct date and do not call my phone ever again!!!!

They are very good at not helping, not returing any calls, being on extended leaves of absences or out of the office then denying your claim.  Good luck, my advice is get legal help.

This place is the worst place to ever have workman's comp handled through. I was injured in june and had to call them multiple times to figure out why I wasn't getting the stuff I needed approved for surgery and everything else.I finally got everything approved after my company attorney got involved and thought it was already handled. Got surgery in September. The rep that is handling my account never calls back or seems everytime I call he is on his phone or not working that day. So I have to call and get someone else to handle it and that's like a needle in a hay stack. If your company goes through this company for workman's comp I would try to never get hurt.
