All I can say is watch out. I had my tub and shower redone last April 2017 & I am still waiting for the job to be completely finished.  If my husband doesn’t keep calling them back  to remind them that there are things to be finished. I don’t think they would come back. It’s ridiculous that a simple job should take a year to do. One of There biggest problems is there scheduling.  They told us the job would take 3 days what a joke. From there we didn’t see them for a week .  We had to keep calling them to see we’re they were coming back.  Buyer Beware.

We had See Thru Windows and Doors replace all 25 windows in our house back in May and have seen a significant improvement in our heating/cooling bills. We have also seen a huge difference in how quiet these new windows make our home. Thanks for a great product and being there to solve any problems.

This company installed more than a dozen Windows and a french door in my home.  Installers were efficient and professional.  Saleman lied.  Warrenty does not exist!  Will not stand behind their product. None working windows in my home out number the ones that do.  One pane broken.  Threshold for the door was cheap broke and now let water in my home.  Ive been told they would call us back.  Disreputable!

Sometimes you just hope it will get better but sometimes it never does. I first found the bath planet product in Marley Station Mall in Glen Burnie, MD. I requested information and was contacted by See-Thru to move forward with a quote and renovation. The salesperson Randy was as friendly as any salesman with quirky one liners and a story for every time you questioned something about the product. It seemed like an awesome product and I really couldn't find any bad reviews. I agreed to move forward with the installs even though the tubs were very pricey. They were backed by good housekeeping and that was probably the main reason I decided to press forward. 
On installation day everything seemed to be going smoothly until my wife called and told me that they were installing the wrong tub. This immediately frustrated me because I wanted this all done prior to the holidays we were hosting and since I spent over 14K on a shower and tub installs alone, I expected that everything would be perfect and the best home remodel experience I have ever had. I reluctantly agreed to let them put the wrong tub in so that I wouldn't be without a tub while they ordered the correct tub. The salesman proceeded to call me the next day and insist on coming by to take after pictures of my new installs. He obviously didn't recall talking to me about the issue of the wrong tub the day before. 
After the 24 hour period we decided to try out the shower and I immediately noticed that the shower head was leaking. I'm completely floored at this point that I have multiple things not correct with this install. I let it ride out for now and figure I'll get it fixed when they bring back the right tub. Fast forward three weeks to the New Year. A day prior to the installation of the correct tub I text the project manager Craig about my list of issues I need resolved when his techs get to the house in the morning. I let him know that the shower head was leaking, the fixtures weren't lined up (OCD issue), water spout on the tub didn't seem to be letting all the water out and that the caulk was already cracking on the shower that was completed down stairs. He replied back and said he would let the techs know. I wanted everything perfect because I was out of town and just wanted to come back home with no issues. 
As soon as I get home I proceed to go over the installations and corrections. The first thing that I notice is that the caulk is not properly beaded around the tub and has a huge gap between the back plate and the tub. I then check on the shower head and imagine that, it still leaks. I then proceed down stairs and look at the caulk that was broken. Instead of stripping the old caulk and re-applying a good bead, they just caulk over the crack so I can still see the cracked caulk behind the new caulk.
I'm infuriated at this point and I could continue to go on about my experience because there is more with my vanity that they installed and their tricky tactics to get me to call them back but I have taken pictures of all the issues and spent an entire weekend correcting the issues. I refuse to let them back into my house and will continue to post bad reviews in hopes to save anyone from the frustrations I have endured with this company and experience.

I had a sliding glass door done by See-Thru Windows. The quality of the door is great. The install crew was very efficient and clean. A husband and wife which I've never seen. They did a great job !! 
I plan to get some windows from them in the future.
