Good rental experience. Cost $90 for two hours. Don't go on a tour... we just rode around and saw all the monuments. Very easy to rent from this shop.

My family and I had an amazing time. We did a two hour tour with Sarah. We saw so many different sites and got some great pictures along the way. Sarah was so knowledgable and made it fun and educational! Thank you Segs In The City!!

After a day of walking, seeing the Archives, Capitol and Library of Congress, it was such a relief to be on Segways seeing all the monuments! We took the Sunset tour. I would do it again in a minute! The Segway is easy to learn and can be operated with a slight lean forward or back or to the side. They give you safety equipment (helmets and reflective vests) and training in the Postal Plaza prior to setting out. Once everyone's comfortable, you turn on a communicator earpiece so you can hear your guide give instructions or tell you about the places you're smoothly gliding by. He gave us tips about how to interact with pedestrians, too. On your way, there's so much to see and we would never have made it the 6 miles if we had to walk! You can pause to take pictures and in some places we stopped to walk the monuments, which was wonderful. At the end, they give you a loyalty card ("I've got Segsy legs") so you can rent a Segway without having to spend time on the training.

Had a fabulous evening, great job Josh, kept as laughing & learning, just what a good teacher needs to be able to do! Was slightly apprehensive about driving a segway but it turned out to be pretty easy. Would be this again anytime.

Sarah (from texas) is great. Even after technical difficulties (Bluetooth did not want to work) We had a great "shouting" tour. She made up for any craziness with a great attitude and very informational. I am going back after only one day to see a different version of the tour. I highly recommend!!
