Very good place to rent your apartment from.  In the past I had issues with prior landlords with move in dates, but with Sela I was able to move in on the date promised with no issues.  Also, anytime I need something fixed in the apartment they fix the issue right away.  Better experience this time around, than with past landlords who come up with excuses why they shouldn't fix their own property.  I highly recommend giving this property management team a try.

I have lived here for 22 years and 5 months. I moved in Thursday Sep 29, 1994 and I am moving out Feb 28, 2017. Sela Realty is the 5th and worst management company that I have been under. Mary and Susan don't answer the phone and hang up on people when they get angry. They don't want to make repairs, they just want to collect the rent. They are slum loads.

This place is going down the tubes. The old lady in the office is rude and inconsiderate. I have been calling for weeks. Just want to know when my moms sink is going to get fixed. Call there and no one answers and than finally when she does pick up the phone she is nothing but rude. Don't waste your money here this place is going downhill.

This place is going to ----. Call no one answers, knock on the door no one answers. Look through the window and she is just sitting in there...wow!! They want your rent money every month but they won't fix anything. I'm convinced that the property manager is a volunteer because there is no way in hell that someone pays her to do NOTHING!!! Get off your --- answer the door and just let people know that eventually you will have someone fix what is broken. Don't rent here this place is going to ----.

I'm sorry you felt that way but you applied online where it states that the application fee is non-refundable and covers your background check. 
You were approved, notified, and you declined the apartment after that point. 

Our maintenance guy is not a leasing agent and any questions or requests would have to be made with our main office. We spoke and I gave you all the information you asked for and I truly apologize  that you were not happy with the rules and regulations you would have to follow during your tenancy but they are regulations put in place by the city of Albany. 

Since you were approved; within the next 90 days we would be happy to lease you any other units that may come available during that time.
