What a good person Todd is, he came out and inspected my flat roof on my commercial building and told me what needed to be addressed. He took detailed pictures and explained the whole process to me five days later. The work was complete and impeccably done. I am very impressed by him and his knowledge. Contact him for any of your roofing needs. You will not be sorry. I’m glad I did. Thanks, Todd and crew for your excellent work.
Called on a Monday Morning . Left a message and Todd got back to me very quickly . We spoke and he made his way out to my grandparents house that day . They were having issues with water leaking from somewhere on the roof. My grandparents had their roof replaced 10 years ago . Todd was so kind to my grandparents and fixed it right away . He never mentioned if this was a covered issue with the warranty or if he fixed it because he is just a good person but he fixed it . He even called and checked to make sure it was completely corrected after the next rainfall which it was . I used to work in customer service and we all know how difficult it is to actually be a customer after the work has been performed and they have your money . Not Todd ! He stands by his work and I would give him 10 stars if I could !! Thank you !!
Wonderful experience. Todd was amazing to work with and was so knowledgeable about the entire process. So thankful I was able to meet and work with him on my roof replacement and it now looks stunning. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. He will make sure to get the job done in the best way.
20 stars if I could! My roof and siding replacement was coordinated completely over the phone and email due to me living out of state. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Jay Boyd took care of me and was absolutely incredible in working with my insurance company, going above and beyond to make this happen! He is a proud Army Veteran and it's clear he puts the same pride into his work. He even threw in some extras like the sconce in the last photo to pull everything together. I cannot be more please with how it turned out. Thank you Jay and thank you Select Renovations.

I'm very happy with the work done by Select Renovations. They have a good team from start to finish. They put a new roof on and garage doors. Love the finish job. I recommend them.
Todd completed a complicated roof damage repair job for us. He was very professional and the repair was well done. Would certainly utilize his services in the future if needed.
Select Renovations replaced our roof about 4 years ago. I finally discovered an issue where rain water was getting behind the gutters & running down the siding. The issue was in a short coming from the gutter company. Todd had a team member show up & repaired the issue within an hour! So thankful for this company & this crew!

Todd and Seth did a great job fixing my roof. I’ve had 2 other contractors try to solve the problem and they failed. Todd knew exactly what was wrong after looking at it once. Their attention to detail was astounding. They also fixed a few other things that were not part of the work order at no charge. I would highly recommend Select Renovations for any project. Actually, I have given out their name to a few people already. Kudos to Todd and Seth for a phenomenal job.
