Very helpful and affordable at a time in our lives and the economy where we didn't know if we would be able to get into our own home again. HOWEVER, when they roofed the house in 2008(the year of construction) they did not properly flash the dormers and the dormer Windows. All of my 2cd story windows have water stains on the sub sills. Many, but not all of the dormers, have leaked in heavy rain storms. I have spoken with Both Bob and Bill Login and neither one have them have lifted a finger to take care of the problem. My improperly installed roof leaks and my inferior quality windows by Moss Window on the second floor weep into the sub sills every time it rains. Can't recommend them. I replaced all the windows on the ground floor myself. They don't leak anymore.
