Why, no. Don't listen to a bad comments. Great staff, very helpful. Yes it is a little bit pricy, but since it is basically a center city, it is Ok. I had a storage unit in there since 2011, it was great, now I have my mailing box, very comfortable. Never had problems for so many years. Yes, they do charge you if you are late, pay on time and everything will be OK. Be nice as the staff and you will not face problems or disappointments. Location is great, always place for parking to pick up your stuff.

Great location. Storage units are ok, little dirty but work just fine, but you have to walk through an underground maze to find your unit. Tip: you need to get there 15-30mins before close if you want to get to your unit. They always close early, and the clock the employees use is 5 mins fast.

This is by far the easiest and most desirable storage unit to use in Philadelphia. Everything from move-in to customer service has been great. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs great/safe/climate-control storage.

The worst storage facility you will ever find.  Security doors are broken.  The customer service is horrid and then never bill you on time although you have to pay extra for that service.  They will bill you up to 15 days late but then try to charge you a late fee on you unit.  It is an absolute scam.  STAY AWAY!!!!
