About

We are a family own and run business providing safe, secure and easy self-storage to Northern California region for over 10 years.

Story

Over half of our units are drive-up accessible. Convenience and security are what you want in self-storage and that's what we deliver. You can be confident that the prices of our units compare to other locations and we offer far more access and security.

Our facility construction is all steel and metal construction built on concrete slabs. There's no wood anywhere to attract termites or other vermin. There are no cinder-block walls to absorb water and increase dampness. You want your goods stored in the best you can find – all-metal construction is the best.

All our drive-up units have individual lighting. You can store automobiles, motor-cycles, RVs and boats by making special arrangements.

We make storage easy.

Competitive prices for the area. This place is SECURE and the staff is knowledgeable. Difficult to find an open unit though, but I guess it's a good thing no one wants to leave.

First let me start by saying I had a 10x20 unit close to the entrance and none of my items were damaged. Now... one day I was in my unit finding something I needed and this guy walks up and starts taking photos of my things. So I of course confront him. After a few minutes of a heated discussion he says he's the owner and criticises that my unit is too full. After more heated discussion he leaves. I finish what I needed and go into the office to talk to him where he is making notes on my account that my unit is too full. More heated discussion, he finally says that I have to write and submit a document explaining I'm accountable for any damages. I never agreed but was getting nowhere taking to him so I leave. The next month my rent was raised. I go in and ask and was told it's because I never submitted my document. I just dealt with it since I was vacating the unit in another month anyways. But I went home and read the initial contact which the owner apparently doesn't know what it says. In the contract you sign it says the renter is liable for any and all damages to the unit or their own property. Basically the contract has a ton of limitations which nobody follows and the owner doesn't enforce because he seems ignorant to it. It also basically says the owner has every right to do whatever he wants. He can look in your unit if he gives you a 30 day notice. He can raise your rent whenever. He can kick you out. He can change the contract. All in all it says he has every right and you have none. I'm fine with the contract, but the owner is ignorant and could have confronted and followed through with the situation differently. Additionally they have mice. Lots of them. I found two dead ones in my boxes, chewed up boxes, paper torn to shreds, I was just lucky none of my things were actually damaged besides a rotting mouse on my shelving. I let the desk know and I was told they knew there was a problem. Yet I was never told beforehand and I never saw any traps (doesn't mean they don't have them but the customers should know these things).
