The facility locks the entrance gate at 9pm - 7 days a week. This means that renters (even with key cards) do not have access to their unit(s) after this point. For the amount of money I pay for a(not climate-controlled) 5×15 (75 sq ft) storage unit, I feel I should be able to come and go as needed. I've been comparing other facilities to better feel out my options. I've yet to come across one that doesn't allow 24 hr access. Additionally, the rental amount I pay here, is the highest I've come across, as well. Not even close to being the best bang-for-your-buck, here!! It was most convenient at the time of my emergency, that's about all.

Great friendly people, unfortunately they keep raising the rates even for those who have been with them for years, despite stating they won't raise them again.

Very friendly and understandable staff at the Eldersburg location. They put your mind at ease while keeping all of your valuables under lock and key. Secure facility with key card 24hr access. I have already recommended this organization to my friends and family! Thanks again!

My father passed and he had a storage unit somewhere, when I called and asked for help to see if it was there, the woman who said her name was Nancy was extremely unhelpful and scream at my sister on the phone. When my sister asked to speak to a supervisor the woman lied and said we have to get on the website to get a supervisor to contact us. We did as she said and she was the one who called us back. She was so rude and did nothing but lie thank god I found his storage unit somewhere else. Never do business here
