Selinsgrove Ford is a true gem! They are professionals but haven't lost that small town, take care of anything you need feel! Buying, selling or servicing a vehicle is so simple with these guys. They know your name, they know your car and they know how to take care of you. Any problems are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner the first time. I will be a lifelong customer for sure!

I had been looking for a new car for a while and came across a used 2014 Roush Stage 2 Mustang that Selinsgrove Ford had in their inventory. I looked at the photos and description of the vehicle on the website, however I did not see one option that I wanted on there. So I decided to call and ask to make sure. When I called the dealer and spoke to a gentleman named Evin, I asked the sales person if the car included the Roush supercharger option to where his replay was “yes it does”. I needed to know this beforehand because the dealer was 3 hours away from my house. So I wanted all the information before I took the ride up. On 5/4/18 I traveled out to Selinsgrove from Philadelphia. While I was there the first thing they told me was that they wanted to get me out of the door fast. After inspecting the car everything seemed like it was advertised and as Evin told me, but what I didn’t know is that the supercharge Evin originally said was in the car was not there. I did not know this because I don’t know a lot about cars. As a person who has owned 5 different Ford vehicles I trust that dealers would not tarnsh Ford's reputation and be upfront and honest. After the inspection I took the car for a test drive with Evin where I insisted that the “supercharger in the car felt nice”. Evin did not correct me that in fact it did not have that option after he originally told me it did on the phone. I then went inside the dealership to sign all the paper work. I also purchased a warranty with the car. As I was signing the paper work the paper came across which I had to sign for the warranty. I asked the gentleman who was having me sign the papers if the warranty covered the supercharger. His response was “Yes, it will cover the supercharger, just not normal wear and tear parts”, Instead of correcting me and telling me that the supercharger was not an option on the car. From this conversation, again I was under the impression that this option was included. The whole time there speaking with the salesperson, owner, and the paperwork person no one had ever told me that it did not come with the option after they originally told me it did. On 5/8/18 I reached out to the dealer letting them know my concerns and asked them to rectify the issue of the miscommunication from the sales staff. I asked if I could return the car, or if they would be willing to purchase and send me out the components they originally told me were included and I would pay to have them installed. They told me they could not do that and only offered to refund the warranty which I will add was fraudulently sold to me because I told them I was only buying it for the supercharger which was never in the car to begin with (You would really think by now after I said the word supercharger and brought it up 10 times that someone would have said something to be consistent with fair business practice). I have been trying to get this corrected, but the dealership refuses to work with me on the matter. Honestly please for your own sake go somewhere else. If they can't rectify a small mistake on thier end what do you think there going to do when there is a real issue going on with your own car?! I have filled a formal complaint with the BBB, Ford Motor Company, and the PA State License Board for Vehicle Dealers about thier unfair business practices.

The customer service at Selinsgrove Ford was amazing! Our truck needed repairs while on a long road trip. They rented us a vehicle so we could carry on with our family vacation and repaired the truck. Thanks so much for going that extra mile! :)

Selinsgrove Ford performs quality, professional and friendly service. Not a multi-dealership with numerous loud commercials. Just down home "treat ypu like family" people. Been buying and servicing vehicles there for nearly 30 years. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else - THEY'RE SIMPLY THE BEST!
