I appreciate the close proximity to our house and the wide variety of materials available. My two main issues are with policy and the staff. It would be convenient if they would allow hold requests on DVDs like the New Albany library does; we don't want to drive to Borden or Henryville for one movie in a series when the Sellersburg branch has the rest. As for the staff, aside from my first visit, they have been unpleasant and sometimes completely rude. Helping library patrons should not be an inconvenience to them, but their attitudes suggest otherwise. 

Also, if a library has a children's area, you should expect children to visit. Don't roll your eyes when you see a mother walk in with a toddler. I sincerely hope other families don't receive this kind of welcome.

Very rude employees! To ask a question is bothering them.  Why in the world are you working there then? All they do is look you up and down and literally stare at you the whole time. 
God forbid if you have a man that goes in there, some of the woman get beside them self to flirt and stare. 
You people are a mess!

Wonderful and friendly staff. Love the lay out of this library. It was a great experience for my entire family.

I love this library. Any book I need they will normally have it for me. As a bonus all the people who work there are super nice and friendly. I wouldn't check out books from anywhere else. Well that is unless I move  which hopefully won't happen.
