We were finally looking for a local solar company (end of Nov 2017) due to the high prices of electricity.  We got recommended to Semper Solaris and I cannot stop talking good thinks about this company.  Since the first meeting with Genevieve, Senior consultant explaining the entire process and understanding and analyzing our solar needs to actually getting the job coordinated with Michael Cognetti.  Everything went lightning speed.  Michael was always in contact with us and always informing us about each step of the way, every conversation, meeting and discussion was handled professionally.

We are truly satisfied with the quality work and follow up efforts that Michael and his team have provided us throughout the entire process.  My family and I would certainly recommend Semper Solaris to any of our family, friends and colleagues.  Michael is honest, sincere and can be depended on.  Our system was professionally installed and up and running the first week of January 2018 and is operating flawlessly.  No surprises were entertained and their workmanship is greatly appreciated.

We wanted an experienced and local installer for our solar installation and after going through reviews online, narrowing down and speaking to each installer, we ended up going with Semper Solaris. The entire process from contract to final inspection was great. We had requested some rewrites and clarifications to be added to the contract and Semper was very accommodating. Thanks to Thomas Gamble, the sales rep. After the contract was signed, Jenny Do was assigned our focal point for any questions and/or concerns throughout the installation process. Jenny was wonderful in every step of the way.  She provided constant updates and addressed every one of our questions expeditiously via text, email and phone calls. She did a great job relaying our concerns to the appropriate departments and made sure we get them answered or resolved very quickly. Our installation was scheduled in a timely manner and took only one day to complete.  It was done professionally and efficiently. The crew was led by Adam (?) and the team’s experience was apparent. The installation completed with no issues and after the system completed turned on and testing, the crew made sure the work area was cleaned up before leaving. Of course Jenny followed up immediately to make sure we were satisfied with the installation and let us know that the final inspection will be scheduled. We are very happy with the entire installation process and the Semper Solaris team, especially Jenny.  She stayed on top of things so we didn’t have to worry. Great job!

I checked reviews before I chose Semper Solaris to do my solar project. I chose them because of their high marks on reviews that I read. I was very happy with Dan the sales person who got me started. He was very informative and helped me to make what I think were the right choices for my system. 

My project manager Jim has been very available through email and phone to answer my questions when they came up. 

Justin my customer care officer has also been very available for questions as needed, 

The process took a few months so don't be surprised. I had my roof done before the solar installation so the process took a little longer but in the end I am very satisfied with the price, the process, the workmanship and the final system. 

I would recommend Semper Solaris to a friend or family without hesitation.

I have resisted doing solar for several years because I dreaded the interaction with a company that really didn't care about me as a consumer. That feeling was eliminated with my interaction with Semper Solaris. It really comes down to the people. From my sales rep, Mike W**********, who was honest and straightforward with me. To Jenny D* who as project coordinator went out of her way to take care of all my concerns in a pleasant and respectful manner. Anthony M***** and the installation crew were efficient and extremely knowledgeable in the installation. I have never interacted with a company that I feel so positive about after the work was finished. I wish I could give them 10 stars they deserve it.

We got our solar installed last year and love it!!  The process was simple from start to finish.  We worked with David Bell.  He was super friendly and helpful.  The install team also did a great job and were very professional.  Now we are saving $ on our electricity during those hot summer months!!  Thanks again Dave!!
