If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. My fiance is forced to pay child support for a child that's not even his because this place lied to us! They said that they sent papers to us where he could have rejected the child support when no papers were ever sent to us! This place ruined our lives.

the worker I spoke with was exceptionally incompetent and unable to understand the simplest of directives. I am extremely unimpressed with the lack of appropriate professionalism. The workers name is Melissa McLaughlin she was not at all helpful, and infact hindered the ability to appropriately collect the child support my fulltime employed artist is attempting to submit.

Bad customer service. They have a question on paper asking when's best time to call and out down after three because I get off work by then. Of course they call and 12 while I'm at work and I couldn't answer. Twice they've done this and twice my application got denied because of it. Why have a question on there and not even use it. Tired of waisting my time with these jokes.

Horrible communication, and take personal feeling into decisions while not following the Ohio revised code. Filed a complaint with civil service office

I'm Divorced Mother of four children finishing my bachelor degree online. I have one semester left. Most of my education was at Tiffin University. I have a vehicle that is falling apart. I applied for help through PRC. The estimate was a little over $500. I was denied because my transcript showing the class that I was in progress with and the rest of my classes that were scheduled, was not good enough. She also tried to use the fact that I'm doing online school and I don't need a vehicle (with four children). I feel that I am an example of when help should be provided. I'm trying to better myself in an economy that is almost impossible to find work. Especially under my circumstances. I'm going to take this further and will not give up because I feel an injustice has been made and I also feel that the woman who denied me basically changed the course of my life for the time being and affected the quality of my children's lives as well.
