My family has been doing business with Sensible Shoe for over 20 years. The service, the selection and the friendly and familiar manner we've come to expect is a constant. Other shoe stores have come and gone. Big chain stores and mall outlets, just cannot come close to the experience that Sensible Shoe provides. We love getting advice on shoes, and expect that a professional will help us get the right fit, for the right activity, at the right price. The staff is the same, so when I make a purchase, I'm dealing with an old friend. If a product fails, I have an advocate at Sensible Shoe to help me get reparation. The have a record of all the shoes, my family has purchased and I can call up and re-order a favorite shoe and know they will call when the shoe comes in or they will ship it, like they did when my daughters were away at college. What can I say? They are the best.

I've been buying shoes for the whole family here for years!! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! Even when I'm not sure what I need, they always point me in the right direction! The shoe quality is amazing... Not to mention the ever changing selection! customeriservice is great

An utterly serendipitous shopping experience at Sensible Shoe today. Staff was pleasant, very knowledgeable about their products, and just the right degree of helpful without being pushy. I don't shop retail often, so it was a nice treat to be waited on and to feel like my purchase mattered.

My boyfriend purchased a pair of Uggs for me for Christmas...long story short he had to return them.. (never worn, never even taken out of the box) he told me the guy at the store Ryan told him the return had to of taken place within 24hrs of the purchase...reminder it was a Christmas gift so there was no way the return was going to happen by then, I called the store and talked to Ryan who was immediately rude and when I mentioned the return/exchange policy that is online he told me that was specifically for online orders which it never states. when I told him it says no where online that the returns are only for online orders only he told me "well that's what im here for" I shouldn't have to call to get that information. i got frustrated and told him he was lucky i wasn't with my boyfriend in store for this incident he told me " yeah apparently" very professional right?!. i do not recommend this store to anyone. they are rude and very inconvenient especially around the holidays.
