They just catered the desserts for my wedding and we only heard positive feed back. The midnight cupcakes and chocolate chip truffle cake pops were definitely a crowd favorite! They were quick to respond to emails & made sure to follow up right before the wedding to make sure all was perfect. We will definitely be back for more for any other special events we have, and even just to drop by for some goodies! Thank you Sensitive Sweets!

We have had an amazing experience with Sensitive Sweets. My daughter has numerous, severe food allergies. Melanie, the owner, spoke to me on the phone for a very long time. She was so thorough in talking through all of our options. She was compassionate and genuinely cared about the safety of our daughter. I felt like she was a friend and this was our first conversation. I seriously wanted to hug her. We placed our first order today and are so excited for our daughter to try all the goodies when they arrive. Thank you Melanie!!!!! Wanted to update my review after having received the goodies. We ordered plain bread, cinnamon raisin bread, banana bread and pizza crusts. They have all been amazing...tasted fabulous...and it has made a huge impact on my food allergic child's life. She has never had bread before (she is 7). She had grilled cheese sandwich, pizza, toast and more. It has opened up her options for meals. Melanie handled us with TLC and our shipment arrived quickly. We cannot thank her and the rest of the crew at Sensitive Sweets enough. We will definitely order again!!

The service was great. I ordered my baby 1year birthday cake here. For begin Gluten-free it's not the most moist cake. But they got the decoration and style that I wanted for my daughter's first birthday down without costing me an arm and leg. some cake places charge almost wedding prices for a 2 tier small birthday cake. Will add photos when I get a chance. I love how it looked.. but the cake like I say was gluten free so the taste was off. I also told them I did not like it sweet, it ended up not being very tasteful..

Elaborating on my horrible service from the owner Melanie.. I was told although I paid $54 for my package, UPS has insurance for up to $50. Melanie chuckled when I asked why I was not getting a full refund, "oh the $4?, lol. I don't know". I asked how long would I have to wait to get my refund, again "I don't know"... I call UPS during work hours and the operator said it was a 1-2 wait time. All I wanted was for her to put in a reorder so my family could receive fresh dessert, not a refund.. She talked louder and louder over my words and said I would have to go back online and resubmit all my information to place a new order (yet she had all the order and shipping information in her system). It was just flat out mean that she refused to refund my money or replace the order, all the while speaking to me very condescendingly, "oh sweetie did you see the news that there was a hurricane? Honey did you know a natural disaster happened? Sweetie did you know post offices were destroyed with the weather?" I replied "Umm yes I did know and it was 3 hours from where my family lives. I informed her my mom works for the post office (not ups) and there were no discrepancies or disruptions with her mailing system". She replied "well why don't you ask your mom where the package is?"... Melanie, you are belittling and insensitive (despite your clever company name). You could've been a nice and decent person to resend the items or provide the refund. BTW, I never tasted your desserts but based on your other reviews about the cakes and cookies being nasty and inedible, my family and I are not missing out.. Everything happens for a reason. I'll get my refund back and you'll still be negative and unapproachable, (with nasty food items).

YUMMY! I'm celiacs, and get sick if my flour is made on the wrong machinery- this place had yummy lemon bars and thumb drop cookies and each cookie tasted totally different (the flours were even different). So I kinda lost control and bought $40 of treats (I didn't eat it all at once) and yes, They say they have a blended flour and I didn't have any reactions, believe me, I'd know. I was especially stoked that the jams were all unusual and different (I tasted some tropical fruit I couldn't place?) and I left there with food that lasted a few days and was yummy, even to my sweetheart who hates GF food... He even moaned in appreciation! Two thumbs up, especially for the cinnamon bread ($10) which I flew back to CO and it was yummy even the next day- I think it has some tapioca in it as it was soft and spongy and absolutely yummy. THANK YOU SOO MUCH for making treats I can actually eat- it's been 4+ years since I had a lemon bar!!!
