I have been seeing Dr. Lepley for about four years and he is absolutely fantastic. He is very understanding, listens, and does a wonderful job of explaining things and any options available. Sometimes it can be difficult to get an appointment, but I've been able to see other doctors when needed and everyone has been great.

From time to time, I drive my neighbor, a 70+ year old immigrant lady, to her appointments here. One time recently, the lady behind the window was very cheerfully helpful with my neighbor, explaining to her--despite the language barrier--about her insurance policy/payments.... However, TODAY, I had to deal with a DIFFERENT lady, one with a rather standoffish, unhelpful attitude. I had accidentally forgotten to drive my neighbor there as we had arranged, so in case she had made it there by some other means, I went straightaway to the Health Center, so I could at least give her a ride home. I explained this to the lady at the window, but she said she was required by law not to disclose whether my (named) neighbor was there, or had cancelled. So I waited outside in my van for 2 hours--even had my business partner come over and have our meeting there in the parking lot. During this time I saw a white sprinter van pull up, but somehow did not see my neighbor board it, as she later would explain she had done. I understand that there is policy and all that, but my complaint is that apparently the lady at the window didn't even alert my neighbor, as she emerged from her appointment, that there was someone waiting outside to pick her up. And when I entered the lobby again more than an hour later, she just coldly squinted at me.

I find the DR's and staff there helpful. DR. Lepley is very friendly, courteous, caring and helpful. I did have a problem with another DR there but he transferred to interpretive care, thankfully.

The Doctor may have been good. I will never know. The process is that you have to go through several staff that do not have a clue. You can not simply call to schedule an appointment., you have to call at 7:30 am and schedule, not for the same day either. I was under my primary physican care and after my CT scan, they told me to consult my primary care physician...dah.. that was who I was seeing there. That was enough,, I contacted another doctor. Rockingham Memorial Hospital is getting too big I guess. I will go to another State before I deal with them again.
